We collect information when you contact us by phone or email, make a booking, request a quote, complete our customer intake or service form, drop off your caravan, or communicate with us about your repair.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to book, manage, and complete your repair or service. This includes communicating with you, creating quotes and invoices, recording job details for warranty, insurance, or service history, and meeting our legal and financial obligations. Your information may be stored and processed through systems such as Tradify for job management, Xero for invoicing and accounting, our email and phone systems for communication, and through paper files for intake forms and job notes.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information may be stored in secure digital systems such as Tradify and Xero, as well as in our email and phone systems or locked paper filing systems. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse, or modification. Only authorised PeakRV staff have access to customer information.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes. We only share information when necessary to perform our services, such as with suppliers when ordering parts for repairs, insurance companies when repairs relate to claims, or accountants and financial service providers for bookkeeping purposes. These third parties must comply with their own privacy obligations.

6. Accessing or Correcting Your Information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to ask for corrections if any information is inaccurate or incomplete. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Retention of Information

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed to provide our services and meet our legal, tax, and warranty obligations. Paper forms are securely stored and destroyed when no longer required.
